Your Relationship Manager
At the heart of our Premier Banking service is your dedicated Relationship Manager, who will listen to you, understand your priorities and help you achieve your short- and long-term financial objectives.
You'll have their mobile number and email address so you can contact them directly. If you prefer, you can meet them face-to-face in your local branch or at your premises to discuss your options. They have the authority to make things happen, giving you privileged access to specialists across the entire Barclays Group and beyond.
Most importantly, they will be as proactive as you want. Some of our clients like their Relationship Manager to regularly update them on new opportunities and developments, while others choose to set their own pace, relying on their Relationship Manager to respond quickly to queries and requests for action.

Your Relationship Manager heads a three-level support team, which also includes:
- Your Relationship Executive, who provides office-based back-up when your Relationship Manager is not available.
- Our Premier Service team, which executes your day-to-day banking requests quickly and efficiently. If you want to check a balance, arrange a payment or transfer money, just give them a call.
