Global Beta from Barclays Wealth International

Global Beta offers a range of globally diversified portfolios that invest in exchange traded funds (ETFs). ETFs are index-tracking investment funds traded on global stock exchanges.

ETFs are also lower cost than active strategies as they simply track an index and therefore the returns are not reliant on the performance of an active fund manager.

• Available in five different portfolios, each one designed to accurately match varying appetites for risk/reward
• Available in euro, sterling and US dollar
• Transparent returns
• Minimum investment of £25,000
• As a regulated investment product, Global Beta portfolios may not be suitable for everyone. They closely track the performance of a variety of indices and, as such, their value can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested.

How to apply

If you are not currently a Barclays Wealth International client, our minimum qualifying criteria is either:

• an annual gross income of £24,000 or more (or currency equivalent) deposited into a Barclays Wealth account; or:
• £5,000 or more (or currency equivalent) across the accounts you hold with us.
