Shadow Catchers
In October 2010 Barclays was proud to sponsor Shadow Catchers: Camera-less Photography at the Victoria and Albert Museum - the exhibition looked at camera-free ways to capture images and displayed unique and beautifully crafted works.
The exhibition examined camera-less techniques, which were originally explored by earlier photographers, and have now been rediscovered by 21st-century artists. Five distinguished and highly collectable international artists Pierre Cordier, Susan Derges, Adam Fuss, Garry Fabian Miller and Floris Neusüss featured.
The sponsorship of this exhibition enabled Barclays to further develop relationships within the Arts.
The exhibition ran from 13 October 2010 until 20 February 2011.
