Three new appointments including Alex Davey, Director and Head of Investment Advisory, HNW

Barclays Wealth, a leading global wealth manager, has today announced three more additions to its Investment Advisory team. The Investment Advisor role supports the UK & Ireland and International EMEA Private Bankers in delivering the highest quality investment advice thereby enhancing the client experience.

Alex Davey joins from Turnstone Asset Management, where he was Head of Business Development and responsible for growing client assets for the European business. Prior to this he worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Executive Director of Quantitative and Structured Solutions. In his new role at Barclays Wealth, Alex will report into Oliver Gregson and will focus on managing the High Net Worth (HNW) Investment Advisors who support the UK & Ireland Private Bankers.

Alex will be joined by Sean Standen and Aubert Issachar as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, respectively. Sean has been appointed internally from the Research Quantitative Analytics team at Barclays Wealth. Aubert worked previously at CQS Investment Management and, prior to this, Societe Generale and Deutsche Bank.
