Barclays Wealth appoints Cem Pensoy as Head of London Turkey Team.

Barclays Wealth, a leading global wealth manager, today announces the appointment of Cem Pensoy, Director, International Private Bank EMEA.  Cem joins as a Senior Banker and Head of the London Turkey team reporting into Henry Fischel-Bock, Head of International Private Bank, London and Esra Turk, Head of Turkey.  Cem, who will be based in London, will work to grow and develop the Turkish business for the international private bank.

Cem joins from Union Bancaire Privee where he spent 9 years working in Geneva and London as Vice President and member of the Management Team. Prior to this, Cem worked at General Finance Securities Corporation in Istanbul for five years where he was a member of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) focusing on brokerage, corporate finance, research and asset management.
